SEO, search ranking and AI visibility results
Kiwi Super SEO is designed to help website owners monitor their website, identify and prioritise SEO and AI-visibility opportunities, make or approve appropriate fixes, and measure outcomes over time. Search engine optimisation is an ongoing process. Results are not instant and will vary between websites, industries, locations, keywords and competitors.
Search engines and AI platforms control their own crawling, indexing, rankings, result presentation and citations. These outcomes are also affected by competition, website quality, content, backlinks, market conditions and algorithm changes that are outside Kiwi Super SEO's control.
Kiwi Super SEO does not guarantee a particular search-engine position, first-page ranking, number-one Google ranking, level of traffic, sales, leads, conversions, backlinks, AI citations or any other specific outcome. A number-one ranking cannot legitimately be promised to every customer because search positions are competitive and only one result can occupy a particular position at a given time.
Kiwi Super SEO provides analysis, recommendations, monitoring and, where supported, manual, approval-based or automatic optimisation tools. Its purpose is to help customers make evidence-based improvements and monitor whether those changes contribute to better outcomes over time. Historical results, audit scores, recommendations, forecasts, competitor information and previous improvements do not guarantee future performance.
Service
Kiwi Super SEO provides website analysis, SEO workflow tools, reporting and one-site WordPress/WooCommerce add-on licences. Where automated or approval-based optimisation is available, the website owner remains responsible for the accuracy of business facts, products, services, authorship and other factual content.
Purchase, currency and updates
Paid Kiwi Super product plans are annual one-site software subscriptions. The first payment activates the licence and Stripe automatically attempts renewal every 12 months until the customer cancels. Access to paid-tier updates and licensed paid functionality requires an active subscription. A WordPress licence is tied to the website/domain supplied at purchase. The $1 website report remains a one-off purchase.
Pricing and discounts
Current selling prices may change. Where a sale price is shown, checkout uses that current selling price. A valid discount token, where offered, is applied to the current selling price. Reference/RRP prices and savings claims are intended to reflect genuine pricing information and may be updated as commercial conditions change.
Customer responsibilities
You must have authority to analyse or modify any website connected to Kiwi Super and remain responsible for reviewing automated or AI-assisted content and changes. Do not use Kiwi Super for unlawful, deceptive, spam or manipulative activity.
Third-party services and customer connections
Kiwi Super centrally supplies supported AI, data and platform services within the purchased tier's stated allowances and abuse controls. Customers do not need to provide an OpenAI key for Kiwi Super-managed AI. Customer-owned accounts, OAuth authorisations, API keys, Client IDs or Client Secrets are required only where a third-party service belongs to the customer or the provider requires the customer's direct authorisation, such as Google Search Console, social networks and advertising accounts. Those third-party providers operate under their own terms, quotas and availability and may separately charge the customer for their own account or advertising spend. Kiwi Super cannot guarantee the continued availability or behaviour of third-party services.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Changes
Customer-facing product changes will be published in the Updates area. Internal security, infrastructure and deployment information is not public.
