Refund Policy

Kiwi Super SEO sells digital reports and software licences. If a product or service is faulty, materially not as described, or applicable law otherwise requires a remedy, contact support@kiwisuperseo.com with the purchase reference and details of the issue.

Change of mind

Because digital reports and licence entitlements may be supplied immediately, change-of-mind refunds are not automatically available after delivery or activation. This does not limit any statutory rights that apply.

Duplicate or incorrect charge

Contact support promptly if you believe you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount. We will investigate the transaction against the Stripe purchase record.

Domain licences

A one-site licence is issued for the domain entered at purchase. Genuine website/domain migrations can be reviewed through support; this is not intended to allow one licence to be moved repeatedly between unrelated websites.
